Free staff training and development by Activate Learning

Activate Learning are offering free bespoke training programmes within local organisations. 

Activate Learning will carry out a needs analysis for each organisation they work with to identify specific learning needs within their workforce. This allows bespoke training to be provided with accredited and non-accredited courses.

Organisations can benefit from onsite course delivery to both up-skill and provide new areas of development for the workforce. Each learner will receive an individual learning plan outlining their expected journey on the programme and identifying where there are skills gaps. The learners will also receive coaching to progress within their organisation or continue to study on higher levels of training.

Activate Learning also run projects support unemployed looking for work and have many talented full-time students looking for work placements.

The training above is through Activate Learning’s Europearn Social Funded “Skills for the Workforce Programme”. To meet conditions for funding employees must be 19 or over, in permanent employment, and the training must be above and beyond standard training expectations of the business.
