Pilates Playroom

Sports Therapist and Reformer Pilates Instructor Rachael Robb has taken possession of No 21 Wallingford Street. Rachael is the first tenant to be handed the keys to one of two retail premises in the development, which was rebuilt following the demolition of Blanshard Fabrics.

Pilates Playroom will offer three signature classes (Rehab, Osteoporosis and All Fitness). Each session lasts one hour and classes take place from Tuesday to Friday each week.

Discussing the classes, Rachael said:

“Sedentary office workers, amateur and professional sportspeople, expecting and post-natal mums, senior citizens and those undergoing rehab or living with a condition like osteoporosis will all discover the benefits and be personally catered for.”

For the first month, Rachael is holding a limited number of free introductory ‘Taster Sessions’. The first 50 members to sign up will receive a 20% discount on their first month’s membership.
